    Job Title: HR Specialist SaaS

    Location: Mumbai, India Type: Full-Time

    As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and skilled HR specialist to grow our innovative team.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Managing the tech and non-tech recruitment efforts including actively recruiting for open positions across offices and partnering with external recruiters to ensure headcount needs are met
    • Posting and tracking jobs on various sites
    • Coordinating with external recruiters
    • Conducting and screening interviews and coordinating with departments for interview rounds
    • Preparing offer letters and appointment letters, performing background checks
    • Coordinating the onboarding process with internal teams
    • Leading the employee relations activities including performance management programs; utilizing systems/tools that support the business objectives as well as general employee feedback including during onboarding and off-boarding
    • Managing employee health and other benefits, partnering with benefits companies regularly and leading annual open enrollment
    • Maintaining accurate records for employee transactions in the HRMS and company policies while maintaining compliance with applicable laws
    • Supporting operational training program; providing feedback and recommendations to trainers, and periodic monitoring of training materials, content, and format
    • Managing a team of 2-3 members in the HR function to achieve goals
    • Performing other HR operations such as employee performance improvement, terminations, promotions, employee grievance and career growth plan, updating employee handbook
    • A good understanding of various roles in a SaaS company

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • 6+ years of experience in HR and recruiting
    • 4+ years of prior experience working with software products or SaaS companies
    • Strong work ethic and can function both as an individual contributor and as a team player
    • Exceptional communication and people management skills
    • An approachable demeanour with the ability to collaborate with other departments
    • Ability to get the job done within specific timelines both from recruitment and operations perspective
    • Can create and execute strategies, engagement programs, and policies in alignment with the company's objectives
    • Is willing to go above and beyond the SOW when needed and can multitask with ease
