    IS ServiceNow Product Specialist

    You will be working as IS ServiceNow Product Specialist and will be reporting to IS Service Owner & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for defining a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Also, defining the scope of the project and develops the project schedule accordingly.

    Your responsibilities

    • Promoting the adoption of out of the box capabilities from the platform and collaborating with process owners within ITSM or HRSD to unify the roadmap vision
    • Acting as an evangelist to challenge the solutions in place to foster the best practices and to keep industry standards
    • Participating fully in ServiceNow program-level activities and upgrading or releasing planning activities
    • Managing the prioritization of the backlog for ITSM or HRSD ServiceNow product and approval for what is in each release
    • Collaborating with the business analysts on technical and support issues or cases and to creating mockups for the final product
    • Assessing prototypes and other proofs of concepts for implementation feasibility and preparing or supporting a business case, defining the scope of initiatives and projects
    • Collaborating with our customers and IS departments providing support such as user experience, adoption, communication or security

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
    • Minimum 10+ years of overall experience and knowledge on latest digital ServiceNow platform technologies and trends
    • ITIL 4 foundation certification is a must and experience in a global environment is a plus
    • Deep understanding on ServiceNow platform, especially ITSM and HRSD capabilities and expertise in ServiceNow best practices
    • Proactive in continual service improvement, always open to adopt new and innovative IS techniques and technologies
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
    • Good communication skills is a must
