    Overview: TekWissen Group isa workforce management provider throughout India and many othercountries in the world The below client is a subsidiary of ClientMotor Company for its operations in India and its Head Quarter isin Sholinganallur Chennai Tamil Nadu. This Client also hasintegrated manufacturing facilities in Sanand Gujarat. Job Title: Operations ManagementAssociate Location: Chennai TN 600119 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Hybrid Position Description:
    • Troubleshooting server and applicationrelated issues. IBM WAS/IHS Installation.
    • Application site build and generatingapplication certificates.
    • JDBC and Datasource configuration. PerformingApplication deployment and troubleshooting if required.
    • Post deployment andinstallation verification. Fixing ehpas related violations andsitescope alerts.
    • Knowledge on Linux.
    • Request flow. Decommissioning application from servers.
    • Migrating serversand application to new DCOF servers.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience inthe WAS operations customer serviceproblem resolution and multipleplatforms support (e.g. Unix/LinuxSAN and NAS) including migrationand implementation supports.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ofapplications required.
    • Experience in security and control areas such asdisaster recovery and services level agreement.
    • General understanding of the ITILprocess and how they fit into the ITO organizations Strong oral andwritten communication skills Working knowledge of the RequestCenter Resource Center tools Strong knowledge understanding andexperience working with various internal partners
    Skills Required:
    • Troubleshooting server and application related issues.
