    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Guest Service Associate to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Guest Service Associate or similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Knowledge of reservation and payment systems
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Provide information about services, facilities, and promotions
    • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
    • Process payments and manage reservations
