Description

The Delhivery Skills Development Program is a flagship program for finding talent from across the country and assessing, training and hiring them into the frontline supervisory roles in Operations team.

The role will report into Director - Training of Delhivery Academy.

The Project Manager for Skill Development Program will shoulder the following responsibilities:

1. Determine and define project scope, objectives and budget

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating these requirements into clear actionable for respective teams.

3. Understand the project requirements, define clear goals forindividual team members and monitor movement/progress on tasks from inception tocompletion

4. Working closely with the Training and Field Operations teams toplan and execute the assessment to training process

5. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure assessments and Training success. MonitoringTraining performance, analyzing feedbacks, and making iterative improvements basedon insights.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and finance and operations etc to align with overall skill developmentgoals

7. Communicate effectively with internal team members to provide updates, addressissues, and ensure a smooth workflow.

9. Oversee training quality and SDP program meets established standards.

10. Manage Assessment and Training life cycles and make recommendations for improvements ordiscontinuations

11. Should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

They should be able to balance competing priorities, make informed decisions basedon data and possess a deep understanding of the product.

11. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiencyimprovements

12. Stay informed about best practices, industry happenings, emerging technologies, andbest practices to enhance our Training Programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field

6 to 10 years of overall experience in Project Management

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidates should have a minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in Project Management (preferably in Training or related field).

- Background with Logistics is preferred (not mandatory)

Skills needed to be successful in the role:

- Problem Solving (must have)

- Planning and Number crunching/analysis (must have)

- Good Communication (MUST)

- Negotiations (good to have)
