    Our proprietary regulatory readiness program, which includes AML checks, quarantine wallets, key residency, travel rule and CCSS-compliant platforms, helps businesses fast-track their compliance journey.

    Liminal is founded by Mahin Gupta who previously co-founded ZebPay - one of India's largest crypto exchanges. The entire founding team at Liminal has extensive experience in designing and developing secure wallet architectures with operational efficiencies. Liminal is incorporated in Singapore and has operations across the globe. Liminal has processed transactions over $6 billion and has ~$600 million worth of Assets Under Protection.

    About the Role:
    Would be working on various accounting and reporting tasks, encompassing payroll, reconciliation, tax compliance, and general accounting operations.

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    - Calculate monthly prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue.

    • Prepare AR invoices following a checklist.
    • Review payroll to ensure compliance with Indian and multinational regulations.
    • Monthly evaluation of bookkeeping schedules for compliance with professional standards, IFRS/Ind AS, and company policies.
    • Ensure adherence to internal control procedures by examining financial records, reports, and operating practices.
    • Verify assets and liabilities by crossreferencing documentation.
    • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts.
    • Assist with internal and external audits.
    • Prepare annual financial statements.
    • Prepare and submit regulatory returns.
    Desired Candidate Profile:

    - Require 3 to 5 years of finance and accounting experience.

    • Preference for CA/CMA Inter certification.
    • Understanding of financial risk factors and mitigation strategies for risk management.
    • Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including implementation.
