    The perfect candidate will possess a solid sales background, especially in the EdTech industry, and a proven history of boosting revenue by selling professional courses. The ideal candidate should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams, showcasing leadership and mentorship abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships.
    • Supervise, train, and guide a sales team, offering direction, assistance, and encouragement to ensure both individual and team triumph.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to refine sales tactics and improve the client journey.
    • Track and assess sales performance metrics, presenting regular reports and valuable insights to senior leadership.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor initiatives, and market advancements, utilizing this knowledge to promote innovation and gain a competitive edge.
    • Schedule and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages and attributes of cognico programs.
    • Negotiate agreements, conditions, and pricing in accordance with company policies. Be responsible for all essential sales paperwork and follow-up duties.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.
    • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in team management.
    • Demonstrated success in selling professional courses within the EdTech sector.
    • Effective leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and encourage a sales team.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • A strategic thinker with a results-focused mindset and a dedication to driving revenue growth.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adjust to evolving priorities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales efficiency tools.

    Location - Madhapur, Hyderabad

    Structure - 6 days working (Weekends working)
