    Description

    Vyb Active, an elite fitness club in Sattva Knowledge City, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager specialising in Corporate Partnerships.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, securing memberships, and generating revenue through corporate partnerships.


    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Identify and target corporate clients for partnership opportunities to secure memberships for their employees at VYB.2. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive corporate membership sales and revenue growth.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR departments, and wellness committees.4. Customise membership packages and promotional offers to meet the specific needs and preferences of corporate clients.5. Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with corporate partners to secure agreements.6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients.7. Track sales performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports on progress towards revenue targets.8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.9. Represent VYB at corporate events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to expand business connections.10. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction for corporate clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.


    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.2. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.3. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.4. Results-oriented with a track record of successful business development and revenue generation.5. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
