    Description

    The Operating Effectiveness Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in the Partner Management Vertical at International Health. As a team member in a new Partner Management Vertical, you will collaborate with various Business Partners and the Global Third-Party Management Team to address partner risks, operational issues, and design a governance model for healthy and scalable growth of IH partnerships. This vertical is responsible for overseeing key partner relationships within IH.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively collaborate with IH business owners to identify and prioritize top Partner opportunities aligned with the strategy.
    • Engage effectively with Business partners to drive optimized outcomes based on root causes.
    • Analyze and improve existing business processes to make them sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable.
    • Evaluate vendors in-depth to assess user satisfaction, vendor delivery, and compliance.
    • Analyze performance metrics and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
    • Research best business practices to set benchmark data within and outside the organization.
    • Establish communication and reporting mechanisms for transparency, sponsor engagement, and stakeholder adoption.
    • Resolve issues and develop contingency plans for risks.
    • Escalate issues to key business leaders when necessary.
    • Track and monitor key aspects of partner performance using appropriate tools.
    • Influence operations partners to address IH Partnership-related operational issues.
    • Solve problems using standard procedures and complete daily tasks with forward planning.
    • Manage and maintain Partner Management SharePoint site.
    • Complete specific tasks assigned by the Manager.

    REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Operations (experience in effectiveness, vendor management, compliance, claims, appeals, grievances, etc.).
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Visio.
    • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
    • Effective collaboration and organizational skills with various business partners.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in Process Engineering and continuous improvement.
    • Demonstrated results in delivering improvements with clear business value.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving vision and purpose.
    • Strong business acumen to quickly adapt to new business areas and partnership types.
    • May require some travel (10%).
