Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced RPA Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions during night shifts aligned with US hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in RPA technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively during different time :
Monitor and maintain RPA processes during night shifts (US hours), ensuring system stability and performance.
Respond promptly to RPA-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues related to RPA bots and processes.
Conduct routine checks and audits of RPA bots to identify and rectify any issues or anomalies.
Document all support activities, resolutions, and changes made to RPA processes for future reference.
Provide on-call support during emergencies or critical system failures outside regular hours.
Assist in the testing and validation of new RPA developments and updates.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on RPA tools and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance support capabilities.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols while handling RPA systems and data.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 Years in RPA support or a similar technical support role.
Strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) for RPA development and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively during night shifts and IST hours.
Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical information clearly.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours
Preferred Qualifications :
RPA certification(s) from recognized providers.
Experience with ticketing systems for incident management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of ITIL framework for IT service management.
