    Business Development & Sales Manager


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the modular furniture industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining profitability for the showroom.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to motivate and train the sales team, and a strong understanding of the modular furniture industry.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth / sales targets.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

    Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

    Conduct competitor analysis to inform pricing and product development strategies.

    Build a strong sales team with Sales Executives to generate good offline leads and to follow-up with Online leads.

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

    Analyze sales data to provide insights to the management team.

    Always ensure Professional approach with the clients and make honest sales decisions.

    Maintaining relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers, or HNI Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance.

    Minimum : 5 years of sales experience in relevant industry ( pitching to Architects, Interior design firms ).

    Excellent Customer service & sales skill.

    Strong verbal & written communication skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft(Excel, Powerpoint), CRM & sales software.

    Negotiation & problem- solving skill.

    Prior experience in sales & business development working with Architects, Interior Design.

    Should have their own conveyance.
