    The Role

    • Business development and consulting skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
    • Proven ability in converting opportunities into new client engagements and building long term business relationships.
    • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
    • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement
    • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
    • Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
    • Cold Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
    • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
    • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical & commercial negotiations.
    • Should have strong affinity towards service business.
    • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements.
    • Email Marketings and lead generation.
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
    • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
    • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • You have working knowledge of Effective Communication, Pitching Skiil, Convincing Skill, Negotiation, Business Intelligence and Research and Strategy
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
