- Ensuring seamless exit process.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assess employee pulse and analyze survey results and recommend strategies for improving employee engagement.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal resources for all people deliverables.
- Ensure compliance is 100% by meeting statutory requirements and clearance of audits.
- Assess all People policies and procedures and ensure we are compliant and meet the best practices.
- Update and maintain employee handbook and policy documents.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with inquiries.
- Manage and improve HR Operations workflows that support the team and the broader organization.
- Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
- Ensuring the integrity of HR data.
- Manage, advise, and escalate as appropriate on all employee relations including, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.

What will you do?
We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated People person to join our highly agile team. You will be responsible for People Operations, Organization Development and Analytics.
