    We are seeking anexperienced Ad Operations Manager who will play a critical role inmanaging and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across ourDSP.

    This position requires a mix of technical acumen analyticalprowess and effective communication skills. The ideal candidatewill have experience in ad operations with a deep understanding ofprogrammatic advertising ad serving technologies and dataanalysis.

    Whatyou will do:


    CampaignManagement:
    Set up monitor and optimize advertising campaigns onthe DSP to ensure they meet the clients objectives and performancegoals.

    Technical Support:
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad serving targetingtracking and reporting. Work closely with the tech team to enhancethe platforms capabilities.

    DataAnalysis and Reporting:
    Analyze campaign performance data toidentify optimization opportunities. Prepare and present detailedreports to clients and internalteams.

    Collaboration:
    Work withthe sales and account management teams to understand client needsand provide operational support for campaign planning andexecution.

    Process Improvement:
    Develop and implement best practices for ad operations to improveefficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends andadvancements in DSP technology.

    Team Support:
    Provide guidance and support to junior ad operationsstaff. Contribute to the teams knowledgesharing and professionaldevelopment.

    Requirements

    Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Computer Science or arelated field.
    Minimum of 3years of experience in ad operations preferably within a DSP adnetwork or digital advertisingagency.
    Strong understanding ofprogrammatic advertising ad serving technologies and digitaladvertising metrics.
    Proficientin data analysis with the ability to derive insights fromperformance metrics.
    Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
    Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain technical concepts tonontechnical audiences.
    Abilityto work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

    Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or arelated field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations,preferably within a DSP, ad network, or digital advertising agency.
    Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad servingtechnologies, and digital advertising metrics. Proficient in dataanalysis with the ability to derive insights from performancemetrics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technicalconcepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to workcollaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
