    The Opportunity
    The Instructional Designer plays a crucial role within the Learning Design team, responsible for creating highly effective learning solutions in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector. This position focuses on developing e-Learning content and courses for customers, partners, and employees, with opportunities to also craft or modify training curriculum for instructor-led sessions.

    What You'll Do
    • Design and craft performance-based e-Learning and other training materials.
    • Establish skill and performance objectives, activities, and knowledge assessments for learning purposes.
    • Utilize sound instructional design principles to develop engaging training solutions that cater to adult learning preferences.
    • Collaborate with e-Learning experts to produce top-notch e-Learning material.
    • Partner with subject matter professionals to identify the training requirements of the target audience.
    • Set educational objectives and create content aligned with those objectives.
    • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning journey.
    • Determine evaluation criteria for learner performance and create assessment tools.
    • Incorporate instructional design best practices and cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, into your work.
    • Operate within the team's Agile Kanban practices to manage your tasks effectively.
    What You'll Bring
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, predominantly in a corporate/adult learning environment creating e-Learning content.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    • Background in SaaS technical product training or platforms is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
    • Experience in designing content adhering to accessibility standards.
    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing tools (Camtasia).
    • Competence in Learning Management Systems.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and learners.
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting, focusing on key priorities amidst competing demands. Ability to work in a global team spanning different time zones within a matrixed environment.
