    Job ID/Reference CodePROGEN-EXTERNAL-176934Work Experience 4-9 YearsJob TitleTeam Lead Responsibilities *SLA Compliance: Executes payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets.

    *Participates/Supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides inputs on processes / business to the team IN ORDER TO ensure delivery predictability *Process Compliance : Executes transactions in order to meet quality standards.

    Conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan IN ORDER TO ensure adherence to process steps *Customer Interaction:
    Handles / helps resolve escalations at the process level IN ORDER TO ensure high customer satisfaction Person Specification – Essential

    • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.
    • Strong customer focus
    • Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written English
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • IT literate – word, email, spreadsheets, Intranet
    • Pragmatic approach to problem solving
    • Able to work on own initiative and work effectively within a team
    • Should have people management skills

    Preferred Skills:
     Operations-> US-UK Payroll
