Description

We are currently seeking a talented Technical Lead with expertise in software development, specializing in one of the following technologies : C++, C#, Java, or Python.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing project tasks, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Effective Communication : Demonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing updates on project progress.
Troubleshooting and Problemsolving : Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges encountered during the software development process.
Task Assignment : Take accountability for assigning tasks to the technical team, ensuring that responsibilities are clearly defined and deadlines are met.
Confidence : Display confidence in your abilities as a leader and a developer, inspiring confidence in team members and stakeholders.
Positive Attitude and Personality : Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.

Tech).

Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in software development, with expertise in one of the following technologies : C++, C#, Java, or Python.
Strong proficiency in the selected programming language and related frameworks.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence in decisionmaking and task delegation.
Positive attitude, adaptable to changing requirements and challenges.
