As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
4. Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
5. Document customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
7. Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.
8. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in any additional language(s) will be an advantage.
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
3. Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
6. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
7. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary:
Starting salary range: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month (in-hand)
