    As HumanResources Business Partner (HRBP) serve as a crucial bridge betweenthe HR function and the
    sales organization particularlysales leaders and associates. Align HR strategies with businessobjectives
    ensuring that HR practices support theoverall goals of the company.
    Reports To Deputy General Manager Human Resources
    Base Location Mumbai
    KeyResponsibilities

    Strategic Partnering:
    Collaborating with regional sales leadershipto align human resources strategy
    with region andbusiness objectives. Gain business acumen through market visits andproduct
    knowledge to enable flawless implementation ofpeople strategies in alignment with business
    goal.


    Talent Acquisition & OnBoarding:
    oSetting and achieving targets for metrics such as timetofill (BenchStrength 96%)
    costperhire and qualityofhire to ensure asmooth and efficient recruitment process.
    o Focus onproviding a positive experience for candidates throughout therecruitment
    process from initial contact to onboardingto enhance the employer brand.
    o Talent PipelineDevelopment by building and maintaining relationships withpotential
    candidates both active and passive.
    o Continuously improving the onboarding process to enhance newhires integration
    engagement andproductivity.

    Training and Development:
    Assessingtraining needs and ensuring alignment with businessgoals
    often in partnership with talent management andSales Capability building teams.

    Compensation andBenefits:
    Guiding the sales team on compensation strategies andbenefits
    administration to attract and retain toptalent.

    Talent Management:
    Identifying and developingkey talent including career planning and workforce
    capability enhancement.

    Change Management &Communication:
    Leading and managing business change initiatives todrive
    organizational transformation andgrowth.

    Performance Management:
    Providing guidance onperformance management processes and helping
    to resolverelated queries and increase the effectiveness / quality ofObjective Setting and
    Performance.

    AssociateExperience:
    Designing and driving initiatives to foster a positivework environment and
    high levels of associateengagement.

    HR Analytics:
    Maintain and analyses theattrition rate for respective zones and build an actionplan
    to optimize engagement assesses associateengagement and overall experience within the
    company.
    Helps assess the efficiency of recruitment efforts and budgetallocation.

    HR Operations:
    Overseeing daytoday HRoperations with focus to support associate life cycle as
    associate relations managing their queries provide assistanceduring internal & statutory audits
    ensuringcompliance with labor laws and regulations associate safetyhandling disciplinary
    needs process exit formalities forassociates.
