    Description
    The Vice President of Sales &Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salesoperations including developing and implementing strategicinitiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Thisindividual will play a pivotal role in driving the companys salesobjectives with a specific focus on closing deals within the ITinfrastructure sector and managing relationships with strategicalliances andpartners.Experience : 8 YearsExperience in ITInfrastructureKeyResponsibilities:
    • Developand execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets and drive business growth in the IT infrastructuresector.
    • Lead and mentor a highperforming salesteam providing guidance support and training to ensure team membersare equipped to meet and exceed salesgoals.
    • Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with key clients strategic alliances and partners todrive collaboration and maximize businessopportunities.
    • Drive the sales process fromprospecting to closing leveraging strong negotiation skills and adeep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions to successfullywin new business.
    • Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including marketing product development andcustomer success to align sales efforts with overall businessobjectives.
    • Monitor market trends competitoractivity and customer feedback to identify opportunities forinnovation and strategicdifferentiation.
    • Develop and maintain a deepunderstanding of the companys products and services ensuringeffective communication of value propositions to clients andpartners.
    • Provide regular reporting andanalysis of sales performance metrics including pipelinedevelopment conversion rates and revenue forecasts to informstrategicdecisionmaking.
