JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our dynamic team of Partnerships and Alliances. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key partnerships with external organizations, fostering collaborations, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The successful candidate would need to have a deep understanding of the behavioral and demographic aspect of each co-working centre, and with our clients (B2B and B2C both) to get their wallet share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Revenue Generation:
Cultivate strategies and execute with clients working out of the centres on their B2B and B2C requirements.
Generate revenue from each centre and clients by being the one stop solution for all their requirements and get a wallet share.
Execution of strategies to take the solutions, services, and products to other enterprise clients outside of AWFIS.
Re-engineer processes to build standard products/services of higher value and margins for the on-ground team to sell to the existing clients.
2. Partnership Development:
Identify, evaluate, and initiate potential partnerships and alliances that align with the company's goals and objectives of driving revenue.
Conduct thorough market research to identify partners/vendors/avenues and emerging trends in the industry.
Presenting to potential clients on possible sales opportunities.
3. Collaboration Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
Continuously work with existing clients for their requirements and thereby, work with various partners to meet those requirements.
4. Data Analytics and Research:
Ability to do data crunching to take decisions on high selling products and services and take decisions accordingly.
Primary and Secondary research on understanding opportunities to sell and wallet share.
Creating dashboards for internal consumptions on progress and performance reviews.
5. Contract Negotiations:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while maintaining strong and positive relationships with partners.
6. Performance Monitoring
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and alliances, and regularly evaluate and report on the success of initiatives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance partnership outcomes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from a reputable college. MBA is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales.
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships within a relevant industry.
Experience of working in a startup environment will be a plus.
