    Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in selling Digital services & Telecom/Networking services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing client accounts, upselling services, and driving revenue growth. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities:

    ·Manage and grow a portfolio of Digital Product Engineering and Telecom/Networking clients, with a focus on upselling and expanding accounts.

    ·Utilize VMS portals to efficiently manage client accounts and track performance metrics.

    ·Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

    ·Conduct cold calling and run email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

    ·Work closely with vendors to negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for clients.

    ·Collaborate with the TAG team to educate client requirements and facilitate the fulfillment of positions.

    ·Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and account management issues.

    ·Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts.

    Requirements:

    ·Bachelor's degree in B.tech.

    ·Maximum of 6 years of experience in Account Management, in both Digital Product Engineering and Telecom/Networking industry.

    ·Proven track record of successfully upselling and growing accounts.

    ·Experience using VMS portals and other relevant software tools.

    ·Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence both customers and vendors.

    ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    ·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    ·Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

    ·Experience in cold calling and running email campaigns is preferred.

    ·Ability to travel as needed.
