    PositionOverview:
    We are seeking an experienced anddynamic Operations Lead to join our team. AstheOperations Lead you will play a crucialrole in overseeing the successful executionofresidential interior design projects. Yourprimary responsibilities will include managing ateamof Project Managers and Site Supervisorsensuring project timelines are metandguaranteeing an outstanding customerexperience.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    TeamLeadership: Lead and manage a team ofProject Managers and Site Supervisors.
    Provide guidance support and mentorship to ensure high performanceandprofessionalgrowth.


    ProjectManagement:
    Oversee the endtoend executionof residential interior design projects.
    Collaborate with the design team warehouse sourcing and productionteams toensure seamless projectflow. Conduct regular project reviews toidentify and address any issues ordelays.


    Coordination andCommunication:
    Foster effectivecommunication and collaboration between different teams involvedinthe project lifecycle. Act as a liaison between the projectteam and other departments tostreamlineprocesses and resolve issuespromptly.


    TimelyDelivery:
    Develop and implement strategies to achieve ontime projecthandovers. Proactively identify potentialdelays and implement corrective actions tomaintainprojecttimelines.


    QualityAssurance:
    Ensure adherence to qualitystandards in project execution. Implementquality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions toourclients.


    CustomerExperience:
    Prioritize and enhance theoverall customer experience throughout the projectlifecycle. Addresscustomer concerns promptly and implement improvements basedonfeedback.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a relatedfield. Proven experience in projectmanagement preferably in the residentialinteriordesign or constructionindustry. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills. Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities. Problemsolvingmindset and ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment. Knowledge of interior designprocesses and materials is aplus.
