    About Us:

    We are a leading media-based content creation company, specializing in managing and curating engaging content across multiple YouTube channels. With a focus on creativity and innovation, we strive to deliver high-quality content that resonates with our diverse audience.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - Content Manager to oversee our content operations team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in team management, and a passion for creative content development. While prior experience in the content field is preferred, candidates from any industry with relevant managerial experience are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage a team of content creators, editors, and other operational staff to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms.

    Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and creative, to brainstorm, plan, and execute content initiatives that drive audience engagement and growth.

    Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

    Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and audience retention, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Qualifications:

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Business) preferred.

    Several years of experience in team management or leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve goals and targets.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or creative industry is a plus, but not required.

    This is a full-time office-based position located in Aundh, Pune. The candidate must be able to commute to the office on a daily basis.
