    Soho Square Solutions is a Management consulting / IT staffing firm focus in supporting, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Fintech Companies across US and Canada. We provide services in Fixed project, Staff Augmentation and Executive Recruiting.

    We are supporting numerous BFSI clients and active looking for people who can help us in sales acceleration, contact follow up for appointment setting and business development efforts.

    We need support the coordination between the Lead Sales / Account Manager, Managing Partner

    Required Skills:

    • 4-6 years of experience (Flexible with the skill set) as a business development Executive\Manager
    • Should be familiar with CRM tool
    • Schedule calendar, send emails and provide progress updates on the leads and their activities.
    • Confirming participation from accepted calendar invites, making sure there is joining link Team / Zoom. confirming participants and inviting them to the calendar, utilizing tools like teams/ phone calls to follow up to ensure the acceptance
    • Building relationships with generated lead by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
    • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contacting potential prospects through LinkedIn and emails
    • Presenting the company to potential prospects.

    Responsibilities :

    • Utilize LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
    • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
    • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

    Preferred Skills :

    • Strong organization capability, autonomous,
    • Strong writing skills, good interpersonal skills to interact with prospective customers
    • LinkedIn, Pipedrive, CRM, Salesforce, Email (O365), Outlook
