    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Patco Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd in Rabale, navi Mumbai. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, optimizing customer service experiences, and communicating with customers. They will also be involved in e-commerce strategies and sales activities.

    The candidate should be comfortable travelling to Rabale (Airoli), Navi Mumbai.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the day-to-day operations and growth of online marketplace channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
    2. Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies, including both organic and paid initiatives.
    3. Oversee all online activities related to Ecommerce, including ad spend management, sales analysis, and performance optimization through A/B testing.
    4. Create, optimize, and manage Sponsored Products, Product Display, and Sponsored Brand campaigns on various platforms, aligning with sales objectives.
    5. Utilise SEO techniques to enhance product visibility and ranking within marketplace search algorithms, while staying updated on market trends and developments to drive informed decisions.
