    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain Javabased applications, focusing on both support and development aspects, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
    • Handle application support tasks, including incident management, problem resolution, and monitoring using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
    • Design and implement microservicesbased architecture, leveraging technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) for container orchestration.
    • Utilize AWS services such as EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, and OAuth for building scalable, reliable, and secure cloudbased solutions.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management, QA, and infrastructure to design, develop, and deploy highquality software solutions.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for automation, and implement best practices to enhance development and support processes.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects.
    • Strong proficiency in Java programming, with handson experience in both support and development roles.
    • Extensive experience in application support, including handling L1, L2, and L3 issues, and resolving critical P1 incidents in a timely manner.
    • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
    • Indepth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, and OAuth, with handson experience in designing and deploying cloudbased solutions.


    • Must have

    • Java, Application support, (EC2, Cloudwatch, lamda, Kubernetes, )
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
    • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
