    Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in India.

    About the role:

    As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the optimization and maintenance of our projects' operational processes. This role will drive discipline and provide operational support for Account Managers, HR Partners, Delivery Managers and project teams, fostering a talent-friendly environment with prompt responses.

    Responsibilities

  • Facilitate internal communication regarding operational matters and act as a point of contact for inquiries
  • Monitor and manage time tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Generate invoices for multiple projects and models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and documentation
  • Maintain and update data records in the internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Open requests for hiring within our internal system
  • Prepare analytical custom reports in response to specific requests

    • Requirements

  • Experience with spreadsheets (quickly build a pivot table, use formulas like vlookup, sumifs, countifs, importrange and queries) and business intelligence tools (at Ciklum, we use Sisense, DataStudio)
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
