    RolesandResponsibilities

    • Builda Demat Operations from zero to 10X
    • Processdematerialization requests accurately and efficiently ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements and internalpolicies.
    • Opennew Demat accounts for clients and ensure all requireddocumentation is complete andaccurate.
    • Maintainexisting Demat accounts including updating account informationresolving discrepancies and addressing clientinquiries.
    • Facilitatethe transfer of securities between Demat accounts and ensure timelysettlement oftransactions.
    • Monitorand reconcile Demat account balances regularly to identify andresolve anydiscrepancies.
    • Collaboratewith internal teams including compliance and customer service toaddress client inquiries and resolve issuespromptly.
    • Stayupdated on industry developments regulatory changes and bestpractices related to Dematoperations.
    • Assistin the development and implementation of process improvements toenhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Dematoperations.
    • Generateand distribute account statements and reports to clients andinternalstakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelorsdegree in finance accounting business administration or relatedfield.
    • 3to5 years years of experience in Demat operations or a similar rolewithin the financial servicesindustry.
    • Strongunderstanding of Demat processes regulations and bestpractices.
    • Excellentattention to detail and accuracy in data entry anddocumentation.
    • Proficiencyin MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) and experience with Dematsoftwaresystems.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interactwith clients effectively and internalstakeholders.
    • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
    • Certificationin Demat operations /Fixed Income Securities Certification fromNISM ispreferred.


    Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strongproblem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challengingcustomer situations. Exceptional communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and makedata-driven decisions. Proficient in customer support software andtools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for deliveringoutstanding service.
