    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at CapTalent HR. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR consulting services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role
    • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Proficient in HR software and systems
    • Certification in HR management is a plus
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
    • Result-oriented and customer-centric mindset

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex HR issues
    • Manage employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and develop customized solutions
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Build strong relationships with clients and promote client satisfaction
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and performance
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
