About the Role: Would be working on various accounting and reporting tasks, encompassing payroll, reconciliation, tax compliance, and general accounting operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calculate monthly prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue.
• Prepare AR invoices following a checklist.
• Review payroll to ensure compliance with Indian and multinational regulations.
• Monthly evaluation of bookkeeping schedules for compliance with professional standards, IFRS/Ind AS, and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures by examining financial records, reports, and operating practices.
• Verify assets and liabilities by cross-referencing documentation.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns.
  
  

Requirements

• Require 3 to 5 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Preference for CA/CMA Inter certification.
• Understanding of financial risk factors and mitigation strategies for risk management.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including implementation.
