    Description

    The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • 2-3 years experience as a Business Development Executive in IT Services or Data Analytics industry.
    • Proven experience in IT B2B sales, specifically in selling IT services such as Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Migrations, Software development, etc.,
    • Experience dealing with US, EU, and GCC clients, existing relationships with potential clients are a plus.
    • Conduct market research to Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, focusing on medium-sized businesses in need of IT services.
    • Reach out to prospects via various channels and also identify the suitable channel partners. Make an initial presentation and pitch about the organisation to prospects.
    • Create and manage a sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
    • Strategize and analyze market trends to drive sales.
    • Prepare and submit RFPs and establish contracts with clients.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.

    Qualifications

    • MBA degree (Full time only) with 2 to 3 years in Sales in IT Services industry
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
