    Description

    Role: Business development executive

    Experience : 5 to 7 yrs

    Qualification: Grad, MBA(Preferable)

    Work Location : Chennai

    Target & Focus : USA , GCC & India

    Attributes:

    > Have prior experience in leading a sales team.

    > Should have the strong exposure with USA (Mandatory), GCC(Preferable).

    > IT sales ( To bid projects for Web , Mobile development, ML/AI, ERP projects)

    > E mail campaign skillset tools knowledge

    > Cold calling exposure

    > Lead Database tools and knowledge to get the lead list.

    > Sound skills on sales techniques and Sales navigator

    > Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

    > Strong negotiation skills

    > Strong communication and presentation skills

    > CRM experience is preferred

    Responsibilities:

    > Sales Strategies

    > Sales Management

    > Sales Team Management

    > Achieve the sales target - Self, Team every month.

    > Lead Acquisition and Lead Management

    > Should focus on monthly Retainers , Fixed bid, Time and material projects.

    > Customer relationship management

    > Manage sales funnel pipeline
