    Description

    Instructional Designer Consultant/Manager

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in Instructional Designing and hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
    • Experience following ADDIE and Agile methodologies

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Develop learning objectives based on client/SMEs discussions
    2. Perform in-depth content analysis and requirements
    3. Use instructional design techniques to create e-learning materials
    4. Rephrase content as needed and suggest appropriate e-learning methodologies
    5. Create engaging storyboards incorporating best practices
    6. Coordinate with SMEs/clients for content validation
    7. Develop courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate
    8. Collaborate with design and QA teams for e-learning production
    9. Provide QA support for e-learning materials
    10. Create e-learning collaterals including guides, handouts, quizzes, etc.
    11. Manage engagement independently and handle administrative tasks

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of training content development tools
    • Experience with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Experience in training needs analysis and audience analysis
    • Ability to create effective training design solutions
    • Skills in content visualization using modern techniques

    Location: Mumbai

    Experience: Minimum 7 years in E-learning background
