    Description
    • Plan and execute in depth technical activity and providing technical insight, guidance to other team members.
    • Analyze, resolve, and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any critical incidents within agreed SLA.
    • Knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice.
    • Should be conversant with Network infrastructure planning, complex change and configuration management, audit, training etc.
    • Fix the network related vulnerabilities and audit/Security findings.
    • Perform schedule updates, network IOS upgrades and installing patches or service packs.
    • Communicate with third-party support services and service providers.
    • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of networks.
    • Ability to identify and solve network irregularities.
    • Ability to carefully plan tasks to make sure projects will meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Thorough problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage Network projects successfully and efficiently.
    • Should have supported Network deployments.
    • Should have min of 8 years of experience in Network operational support roles.

    Qualifications:

    • Good understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, IP networking management and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills in LAN segmentation, Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Wireless Access Points, Aruba Wireless Controllers and ClearPass.
    • Functional understanding of Layer 2 functions and switching (VLAN, STP, MAC Filtering, etc.)
    • Experience on designing network, routing, and switching administration, including interface configuration, routing protocols, network workflow, ACLs, security requirements and establishing network specifications.
    • Demonstrated experience with routing and switching protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and STP in a large enterprise environment.
    • Experience with the following is preferred: TACACS+, RADIUS, DNS, DHCPv4, DHCPv6, or IPAM.
    • Ability to design, deploy, and maintain MPLS, VPN and network cores.
    • Pre-configure switch or switch stack according to standard switch templates and security hardening standards.
    • Upgrade new switch firmware as needed and enable applicable licenses.
    • Create a test plan for each switch/stack.
    • Experience in Ansible to perform network automation and SDWAN will be an added advantage.
    • Good Knowledge of ITIL, framework good exposure of Service management
