    Insurance Operations, Executive

    Reports to

    Assistant Manager / Lead Assistant Manager – Insurance Operations

    Basic Function (Property Survey)

    Responsible for carrying out write-up and review of property survey reports.

  • Follow appropriate Operating procedure
  • Meet quality goals
  • Meet office time service goals
  • Monitor e-mails, and respond in a timely manner
  • Send reports to clients
  • Handle additional duties as assigned
  • Competencies

  • Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently.
  • Domain experience in P&C Insurance (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Skills Requirement

    Technical Skills (Minimum)

  • Proficient with computer systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Typing Speed of at least 30 WPM and 90% accuracy
  • Soft skills (Minimum)

  • Good Communication Skills – Able to express thoughts and ideas in an accurate and understandable manner through verbal and written format with internal and external contacts
