    Roles & Responsibilities

    Product ownership for Retail, POS, F&B as part of the broader D2C Physical Commerce technology stack

    Ownership of E2E Value stream activities from planning/initiation through to execution for these product areas in the Brand Homes

    SPOC for Business Stakeholders w.r.t identified product focus areas across VS activities

    Responsible for owning and driving the product roadmap reflecting backlogs, transformation initiatives

    Responsible for release planning of the product features on an ongoing basis

    Partner with Solution Architects to support Application Support team on continuous improvements & product solutioning activities as needed

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    Experience in Retail Technologies, Consumer Execution, Direct-to-Consumer, Omnichannel, Payments technologies

    Bachelor's degree and 10 years + of experience delivering digital and data driven solutions with a customer/consumer-first mindset

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Experience in identifying and assessing business capability maturity required to deliver strategic outcomes

    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships

    Demonstrated ability to effectively engage multi-functional teams

    A strong track record of working within large matrixed organizations

    Has a passion for continuous improvement while focussing on larger transformation agenda to drive the product roadmap, backlogs and overall product releases

    Has the foresight to see potential issues, performance challenges and risks, and has the necessary skills to influence and negotiate with the right people to maintain performance

    Is comfortable (and resilient) working in fluid, fast-changing environments under pressure with high levels of ambiguity

    An understanding of both the current business's industry and emerging business, consumer, and technology trends

    Knowledge of data privacy, risk and compliances particularly for retail and payment technologies

    Have good overall understanding of the Consumer eco-system technologies, web, social media, marketing campaign, ecommerce platforms.
