    CoreResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement sales strategies to effectively position and sellmaterials to diverse brands.
    • Identify keymarket segments comprehend proposals for business initiatives toeffectively reach potential brand clients.
    • Analyze demand and supply dynamics to graspbusiness modules effectively. Collaborate with the commercial teamto devise competitive pricing strategies negotiating contracts withcustomers to ensure profitability and uphold longterm partnershipswhile prioritizing customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee the entire sales process fromprospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing dealswith brand clients.
    • Collaborate closely withthe procurement division of brands/recyclers to streamlineprocesses and enhance efficiency.
    • Consistentlyconduct extensive visits to both existing and potential customersto actively generate new leads and opportunities. Additionallyuphold the standard of service excellence by establishing andenforcing organizational standards.
    • Conductingforecast preparing budgets and striving to achieve targets alignedwith the budget.
    • Maintain and sustain strongconnections with pivotal customers encompassing plasticmanufacturers packaging companies and potential buyers.

    Education andExperience:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience insales
    • Proven track record of achieving salestargets and growing revenue
    • Strong negotiationskills with a track record of successful procurement deals.
    • Excellent communication and presentationskills
    • Excellent understanding of quality andquantity management in the procurement context.
    • Strong customer focus and relationshipbuilding skills
    • Ability to travel as required
