    Description

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update and manage accounts payables and receivables
  • Assist on validating invoices and process payments to vendor/suppliers in a timely manner
  • Send bill reminders and contact customers with outstanding payments to ensure timely payment
  • Perform monthly closing of accounts, inter-company transactions and bank reconciliation
  • Review and monitor AR balances and aging
  • Assist on audit and tax related matters
  • Work with internal parties to resolve all Finance and Accounts related issues
  • Ensure compliance of processes with Nordson policy
  • Update and manage cash book
  • Process employee expense claims
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

    • Education & Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance

    • Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, good with numbers with high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge of any accounting software preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
