    Role: Senior Manager- Brand Marketing

    Reports to: VP- Brand Marketing

    Location: Gurgaon (in-office)

    About the team

    The brand marketing team at Zupee comprises brand, media, insights, social and creative teams. Our goal is to elevate the visibility and resonance of Zupee, ensuring its key messages resonate deeply with our target audience. We aim to drive robust growth in both business and brand health by precisely targeting the right cohorts with compelling messages, . We're crafting a brand that stands the test of time, and is loved by all casual gamers in the country.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and social media, to enhance brand visibility and engagement
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
    • Plan and build the brand's regional presence, ensuring the implementation of an effective media mix strategy
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and equity, and develop strategies to optimize brand performance
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

    Must Have

    • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in a B2C environment
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing techniques and consumer behavior
    • Track record of campaigns that were loved by users and drove business results
    • Proficiency in creative thinking and strategic planning, with the ability to develop innovative branding strategies
    • Detail-orientation with strong project management skills
