    Description

    RSPL-HCD brings you an exciting opportunity for Brand Manager profile.

    Incumbent will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth in respect to Baby Care/ Diaper Brand. This role includes accessing current brand strengths / weaknesses and business expectation and accordingly plan and execute marketing and consumer centric brand building activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop Brand Offer for the brand, variants and new product lines – Packaging and Communication
    • Develop Annual marketing plan including Go to Market Plan for current brand and new launches and execute the approved plans
    • Work closely with Advertising/Media agency for all ATL creative development & execution and with internal BTL team for planning & execution of BTL initiatives.
    • Major works include- Innovations, creative development, Digital mediums to drive consumer awareness, consideration and trials.
    • Liaison with various stakeholders of a new product launch roadmap and prepare regular trackers
    • Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
    • Monitor market and consumer trends

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing
    • 6+ years' brand management or marketing experience
