    Description

    Botanix Nature Resort is a picturesque getaway located in Gurgaon. Nestled in the foothills of the Aravalli range and just a short drive from Gurugram, the resort offers a serene and relaxing environment surrounded by nature. Spread over 30 acres, the resort features a theme garden filled with wildflowers and the soothing sounds of chirping birds. In addition to the natural beauty, Botanix also offers a range of adventure sports for guests to enjoy, including cliff jumping and rappelling.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Wedding Sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the resort's wedding sales, including generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with event planners and wedding vendors, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire wedding planning process.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the wedding or hospitality industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
    • Knowledge of wedding trends and industry best practices
    • Familiarity with event planning and coordination
    • Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
