    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.

    Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.

    • Product Knowledge:

    Develop a comprehensive understanding of the EdTech products and services offered by the company.

    Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products to potential customers.

    • Customer Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the EdTech solutions.

    • Sales Pitch and Consultative Selling:

    Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs and challenges of educational institutions and individual educators.

    Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

    • Sales Quotas and Targets

    Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

    Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.

    • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    Utilize CRM data to analyze sales trends, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

    • Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

    Use market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning.

    • Collaboration

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    • Professional Development:

    Stay abreast of advancements in EdTech and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training and self-directed learning.

    The Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
    • Proven inside sales experience, only from EdTech industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Enthusiasm for education and a genuine interest in the impact of technology on learning.
