    Description

    Overview:

    The SeniorBusiness Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving thesuccess and growth of the staffing division. This role focuses onidentifying new business opportunities building key customerrelationships and maintaining extensive knowledge of the currentmarket conditions within the staffing industry. The Senior BusinessDevelopment Executive will work with the leadership team to designexecute and manage business development strategies to meetorganizational objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Identify anddevelop new business opportunities through networking cold callingand other strategies.
    • Understand the company sstaffing services and effectively communicate the value propositionto potential clients.
    • Negotiate and closebusiness deals that promote sustained revenue growth and longtermclient partnerships.
    • Build and maintain stronglonglasting customer relationships ensuring client satisfaction andretention.
    • Collaborate with the recruitmentteam to understand client requirements and ensure successfulfulfillment of staffing needs.
    • Develop a deepunderstanding of the industry and continually monitor market trendsto identify and capitalize on emergingopportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compellingpresentations and proposals to prospectiveclients.
    • Participate in industry events andconferences to represent the company and promote ourservices.
    • Provide regular reports and updatesto the leadership team on sales and business developmentactivities.
    • Effectively manage a sales pipelineand maintain accurate and uptodate clientrecords.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Proven track record of successful salesand business development in the staffing industry with at least 5years of experience.
    • Strong understanding ofthe staffing and recruitment process including sourcing screeningand placement of candidates.
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceedsales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment and adapt tochanging market conditions.
    • Proficient in CRMsoftware and other sales managementtools.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsorientedmindset and a customercentric approach.
    • Provenability to work independently and as part of a team with strongcollaboration skills.
    • Willingness to travel asneeded to meet with clients and attend industryevents.
