    Job Overview

    The Executive Assistant at Shri Consultancy Services will provide high-level administrative support to the company executives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
    • Proficient in office software, such as MS Office
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledge of logistics management
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Organize and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
    • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
    • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
