    Namasthe Toys is a vibrant and growing toy brand committed to bringing joy and entertainment to Indian children across the world, founded by celebrity duo Manoj Manchu & Mounika Manchu. We specialize in crafting innovative and engaging toys that inspire creativity and imagination. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Executive to oversee all aspects of our financial operations and ensure seamless management of our financial resources.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage all bookkeeping, accounts receivables, payables, and compliance-related tasks for our toy brand. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling these responsibilities independently to being with but should also possess the managerial skills necessary to build and manage a team as our company continues to grow.

    Responsibilities:

    Accounts & Finance Management:

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts receivables, payables, payroll. general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate insights into the company's financial performance.
    • Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds to meet financial obligations and support business growth.

    Compliance and Regulation:

    • Ensure monthly statutory reconciliations, payments and compliance filing pertaining to ESI, PF, TDS, GST, Income Tax
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate insightful financial reports and analysis to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance, as and when necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, HostBooks, QuickBooks, etc.,).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
