    The QHSE Team

    Our QHSE team is playing a vital role in ensuring and promoting a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout our organization.     What you will do

    Reporting to our Group Health and Safety, we are seeking a Manager Health and Safety who is responsible for assisting and implementing the health and safety management systems across our organization.

    Responsibilities are but not limited too:

    Promote information sharing amongst fleet teams for the accident/near-miss accident report data. Ensure that the feedback is sent to all ships and offices as relevant

    Send SQ messages /fleet alerts/ information material to all ships, as necessary

    Follow up on implementing focus area campaigns / various initiatives across the Fleet

    Statistical analysis: Collect and collate fleet statistics on KPI monthly to ensure clear visibility of statistics.

    Assist in doing a detailed analysis of PSC inspections/injuries/incidents every month to identify trends and improvements.

    Update the information in the Lighthouse portal and Jibe with respect to the QHSE Department.

    Management of contents of the SMS startup kit

    Management of AVCS / ADP, technical library supplier and contracts

    Assist in various projects of quality and safety as needed.

    Monitor Master Review of SMS and follow up on SMS-related feedback

    What we are Looking For

    A maritime professional and possess 10 years of relevant marine experience with preferably 2 years of shore experience.

    A keen interest in improving systems.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English Language.

    Good knowledge of Power BI / Developing Dashboards

    Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint.
