    JobDescription:
    Roles& Responsibilities Completing end toend Targets. Outbound call process (min calls in a day). Fetching outReferences. Completing 2 hours connectedcall duration by the day end. Responsiblefor the student Help/ issues over calls.
    Grievance handling/ query handling based on the academics andcurriculum. Fetching out References andtaking feedback from the students. Handlingescalations & cancellation of students working towardsretention. Provide accurate valid andcomplete information by using the rightmethods/tools.
    Handle student complaintsprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives withinthetime limits; follow up to ensureresolution.

    Minimum 6months experience in Customer Care ( Female ) with excellentcommunication. The role will be of providing support to existingcustomers generate references from existing customers and thenclosing the references. Hence this role will be 50% support and 50%sales.
