    Expertin Process mining/discovery/requirement understanding Documentation& Testing.
    GoodUnderstanding of AA360 AA OCR document understanding SAP Automationand SQL DBSolutioning.SalesForce Automation using connectors/RESTAPIs.Knowledge ofDeepL AA Copilot and GenAI.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Information Technology or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analystor similar role.
    • Demonstrated proficiency inrequirements gathering anddocumentation.
    • Strong knowledge of businessprocesses and process modeling.
    • Proficiency indata analysis and visualizationtools.
    • Experience with project managementmethodologies and tools.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamicenvironment.
    • Knowledge of software developmentlifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Experience in change management andbusiness process reengineering.
    • Certificationin Business Analysis or Project Management is aplus.
    • Proficiency in using business analysistools such as Microsoft Visio or EnterpriseArchitect.
    • Ability to work independently and aspart of a collaborative team.
    • Thoroughunderstanding of business and industrytrends.
