    Job Title: Business Analyst/Consultant

    Position: Lead/Manager/Senior Manager

    Functional Domain: Pharma/ Life Sciences

    Technology Domain: Information Management

    Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad Qualification: MBA, B.Tech

    Job Description:

    Candidate should have prior experience working as business analyst/consultant in Patient domain along with exposure in Patient Data management, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT based solution/project.

    Responsibilities:

    Analyst Activities:

    • had extensive experience in working on Patient level datasets (IQVIA, Patient Support Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Liquid Hub/ Data Unveil, Optum/ DRG Claims, APLD, LAAD, Patient Hub etc.)
    • on experience in analysing IMS data (patient insights, MIDAS) as well as syndicated reports and datasets (DRG, DataMonitor, Datavant, Evaluate Pharma, Kantar health etc.)
    • on SGDW (Sales force health cloud admin) and sales commercial master data sets such as customer (HCO/HCP/ Payer), Product, etc.
    • fair understanding of Patient data processing within HIPAA environment, such as Patient data aggregation, tokenization, etc.
    • had good client facing roles to cover business requirement discussions, business use case assessments, conduct requirement workshops/interviews
    • experience in SQL to analyze data sets and perform data profiling/assessment
    • to Create Business requirements, define scope and objectives, functional specifications, develop business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Obtain sign-off from customers.
    • UAT execution phase and work with project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff.
    • to convert business requirements into functional design for development team

    Creation:

    • the practice as a Functional SME for data warehouse, reporting, and master data management projects across Pharma patient data sets.
    • Axtria's project and R&D teams with functional/domain knowledge
    • to create case studies/success stories of projects with functional/domain view
    • in whitepapers, point-of-view, develop Go-to- market strategy for Patient domain offerings
    • to coach team members in Patient domain business & functional use cases

    Desirable qualities:

    • in client handling skills
    • hands-on experience in data assessment and requirement
    • communication, PowerPoint/word/excel, and writing skills
    • for results - Able to take initiative and set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish. Able to overcome setbacks which may occur along the way
    • Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients
    • in working on database query (SQL) or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau);
    • have prior working experience in Information Management projects such as Data Management, BI Reporting, and Master data management
